I want to make an RF power detector By using matlab..... Kindly help me how i can make this project...


It seems like you are asking for help on a homework assignment. Making things work in Matlab is much simpler than making them work in real life.


I would suggest the following steps

• Get a circuit for a RF power detector.
  
• Model various components
  
• If you can try and come up with a systems model by using individual component models. You usually get much more insight analytically as compared to playing with simulations
  
• Hook up the various components as blocks in Matlab
  
• Play with critical values to see what response you get
